ESEO is an institute for science and technology founded in 1956.

It was first accredited in 1962 and has been continuously accredited by the CTI - "Commission des Titres d'Ingénieurs" ever since. It is part of the CGE network "Grande Ecole".

The ESEO Institute has 4 sites in France and China (Angers, Dijon, Paris, Shanghai). Each year, around 170 students receive the ESEO Master of Engineering ("ingénieur").3

Das Leben der Studierenden der Universität Angers verteilt sich auf fünf Campus. Diese befinden sich in den Städten Cholet, Saumur und Angers. Die Campus in Angers unterteilen sich in:

The campuses are easy to reach by car, public transport or by bicycle thanks to good transport connections.

In order to find a suitable apartment, exchange students can make use of the services of the CROUS. The CROUS is a regional organization that offers students a wide range of services such as accommodation and meals.7

The city of Angers is located at the river Maine in the west of France. Its old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Besides the old town, the castle of Angers and the cathedral Saint Maurice are among the most famous sights of the city. Other waters such as the Loire or the Sarthe can also be reached.9
